It is a magicka based DK offtank build for pvp. I have Sword and Shield on both bars. I used to have a resto staff on the second bar, but I figured out that a second set of sword and shield has more benefits. First I can have the full value of the Arenaset on both bars. Second I have more mitigation due to the shield on my defensivebar and third the extra enchant from the shild is not bad as well. I try to balance the lack of mana regen provided from the restostaff with my Championpoints becouse I also want to use them for a magicka pve build. For sets I use 2 pieces of Bloodspawn, 5 pieces of Warlock (Jewlery) and 5 pieces of the Arenaset. Heavy armor chest and medium armor legs. Stamina enchant on all pieces except from shoulders and hat, which have magicka on them. For jewlery enchants I took magicka cost reduction 3 times, but I think other things should go fine as well.
