“Egg Grade Heals” - Argonian Warden ROJO Healer for endgame PVE
The following build is designed to achieve the maximum uptime of Major Slayer given by the Roaring Opportunist set.
*About Roaring Opportunist: Roaring Opportunist is a set that provides your teammates with Major Slayer when you complete a fully charged heavy attack on an enemy. The buff is applied to you and 5 other people around you within 28 meters. The buff’s duration is based on the sum total of your maximum magicka and spell damage. Every 600 spell damage and every 6,300 magicka will yield 1sec of uptime respectively. The set’s description states that the maximum duration allowed is 12sec out of every 22sec. However, when paired with Jorvuld’s Guidance, this maximum duration can be increased to 16.8sec out of every 22sec — yielding a possible 76% uptime. It is also important to note that the set is ‘smart proc’ meaning the buff will be applied to those who do not actively possess it. Therefore, heavy attacking twice in a row will ensure that everyone in the group will receive it as long as they are within the required 28m radius around you.

Heals Per Second (hps): 15k (heals over time only), 22-27k (w/ burst heals)
*Max Stats:
Health: 30k
Magicka: 29.5k

*Keeping RO uptime without add-ons: When you reach the point in your rotation where you are ready to begin your heavy attacks, summon your betty netch and then heavy attack twice in a row to proc Major Slayer on the whole group. With ability bar timers turned on in combat settings, you will see that it’s uptime reads out at 34sec. It takes 2sec to complete a fully charged heavy attack, and the cooldown for RO is 22sec. Therefore, if you wait until the ability timer reads 10sec and then heavy attack twice again, you will keep the maximum allowed uptime of RO which it 76%. Always resummon your betty netch before heavy attacking to help you keep track of the set’s cooldown.
*Rotation: Healing is a dynamic job that requires reacting to different situations in a variety of ways. Therefore, I will not be providing a verbatim list of skills that you should cast in a certain order. I will however provide you with a short list of priorities to follow in descending order.
*Casting Priorities:
HoTs
Buffs
Debuffs
Based on the list above, it is generally best to proc RO once you have casted a few HoTs and other buffs.
*Note: This build assumes that there is a brittle dps in group. If one is not present in your group comp, ditch the arena resto staff, switch the RO resto staff to the front bar (run it in powered instead of infused, but leave the spell damage enchant), and replace the back bar staff with one of the following alternatives listed below. Bodying RO and double-baring Jorvuld’s (resto and ice staff) is also acceptable but not optimal.

- Maelstrom Ice Staff (charged) using blockade
- vDSA Ice Staff (charged w/ shock enchant) using destructive reach
