5 Spriggan , 5 Bone Pirate , and 2 Piece Selene as a Monster Set. You should be at 37k Max Stam with almost 4k weapon damage , and 2.3k recovery. 2.7k with serpent mundus no divines. Impenetrable trait on small pieces , reinforced or infused on big pieces. All max stam on body , all weapon damage on jewerly. Best Race for this set up is Redguard or Imperial. Wood elf will also work just wont be at 37k max stam but maybe 3k stam recovery with serpent. Whichever yiu choose damage or recovery is up to you i prefer damage and reguards already offer the best of both worlds. This build is aimed toward murdering people at capped resistance , poisons and drinks are highly necessary for maximum performance with this build. If you do not go serpent shadow or warrior mundus will be best. You will still be at 2.3k recovery. Cp150 blue or purple drinks are recommended for this build. If you use purple you will be slightly under 2.3k without serpent. Can be played both agressively on dual wield and defensively on bow , bolstering darkness will give time to recover when taken heavy damage.
