A fun build! Not good, gameplay wise, but a lot of fun. Zoom around the map with max efficiency!
Minimum point setup for a NB speed build. Used for a gatherer char that will go out into the world and grab ores, flowers, loot chests etc.

Race: Orc for the Sprint bonus, or Wood Elf for the added max stam and stamina recovery.
Class: NightBlade for the 25% movement speed increase in stealth (Concealed Weapon) and the ability to go invisible if you get taken out of stealth. (Shadow Cloak or any of the morphs)

Talents: minimum talent setup was provided. Most important skills are
- Athletics (Medium Armor Passive) for a runner build
- Improved Sneak (Medium Armor Passive), Improved Hiding (Legerdemain Passive) and Concealed Weapon (Shadow skill line)
- Rapid Manouver (or the morph Retreating Manouver) to give the longest Major Expedition buff. As we will be in stealth for as long as we can, it should not break for any reason.
- Dalk Stalker (Vampire Passive) to remove the movement speed penalty of stealth. Can be replaced with gear, only if you are certain never to run a sprinter setup.

GEAR!
So this is an important one.
- 5pc Jailbreaker set is required for the Minor Expedition. 5pc anywhere is fine in case of sprinter setup, must be 3pc jewelry + 2pc body with a stealther setup.
- 5pc Fiord's Legacy for sprinter setup, grants 15% cost reduction and 15% movement speed increase on Sprint. This is the ideal setup with Jailbreaker and this build, only if you are a vampire.
- 5pc Night's Silence only if you are not a vampire, to ignore movement speed penality of sneak. Only for a sneak build, as you will lose out on the Sprint bonus from Fiord's Legacy.

Talent points: Pretty self-explanatory, we want 120 points in the Lover for the added 2% movement speed. The other 77 points in Shadow for the added loot value from chests is optional. If it's just about speed, Lover should be fine. I am building this for gathering and stealing stuff, so I want my goodies to be better!

Breakdown:
Running this exact build you should have:
- 40% x 49% x 33% reduction on Sneak cost.
- 2% x 22% x 30% x 10% movement speed increase while in stealth, which adds up to 1,779492 of your original speed, or a 77~% movement speed increase

- 15% x 12% x 12% reduction on Sprint cost as an Orc, or 15% x 12% as any other race.
- 2% x 30% x 10% x 10% x 15% x 21% movement speed increase while Sprinting, adding up to 2,23260609 of your original speed, so you should be moving over twice as fast! That means moving at almost the speed of a max leveled mount, with Minor and Major expedition up (adds to 2,333–)
- As an Orc, these numbers add up to 2,455866699 movement speed (x 10% from the Orc passive)

I went with a Stealth build, because even tho the speed increase isn't as high, the drainage of your Stamina is a lot lower. Meaning you can keep up stealth a lot longer, and still sprint out of situations when your stealth is broken.
It's great fun to zoom around the map like this, and gathering flowers has never been quicker.
