So I've been using this build for quite a while now and it's pretty freaking good. Only time I die is if do something stupid or don't keep up with my self heals. I can quite literally just stand in one spot, taunt, through up my shields, resistances and take the beating while healing it all back. (I don't recommend just standing.... your team needs you :)

I went with the 5 piece heavy, 5 piece light build.

Armor:
I'm currently running Warrior-Poet but don't like the feel, I'm soon going to switch to Plague Doctor for just that pure HP boost.

Plague Doctor Set:
(2 items) Adds 1206 Max Health 1.Chest
(3 items) Adds 1206 Max Health 2.Greves
(4 items) Adds 4% Healing Taken 3.Belt
(5 items) Adds 4000 Max Health 4.Legs
5.Boots

I was having real trouble with sustain with lich set so I switched to Crafty Alfiq realy good set if you need a LOT of magic.

Crafty Alfiq Set:
(2 items) Adds 1096 Max Magicka 1.Necklace
(3 items) Adds 1096 Max Magicka 2.Ring 1
(4 items) Adds 1096 Max Magicka 3.Ring 2
(5 items) Adds 2560 Max Magicka 4.Sword
5.Shield
4/5.Resto staff

Another option I've yet to test would be Jorvuld’s Guidance set. It would make my buffs and shield last longer but I would not have nowhere near as much magic crafty would supply.

(You technically don't need a resto staff, I just like if cause when you do a heavy its constant.)

I Currently do not have a Monster Helm which would take the place of Helmet and Shoulders.

I'll update as I add more to it.
