This build is designed for a high critcal chance Templar healer, which can attain over 75% spell critical. Khajiit is an ideal choice with the new racial passives since they received increased critical damage and healing along with some Max Magicka and magicka recovery. To achieve 75% crit you will need to have inner light on both bars, precise on both weapons, run mothers sorrow set (gives a huge boost to spell crit) and use the thief stone. You will be dealing crit damage more often than not and with icehearts you’ll have a high chance of getting a shield every 5 seconds, especially when fighting groups of enemies. This build is also capable of dealing some decent aoe damage too via blockade of storms, blazing spear, ritual of retribution and icehearts proc.
