Beschreibung dieser Skillung
A mixture of lightning and physical Two-handed damage, this build mainly focuses on buffing your overall weapon damage with two major skills from the Sorc. class skills, and from the two-handed class skills. While rushing into combat, the Shaman uses the force of a hurricane around him and conjures a lightning bolt from the skies, both doing damage over time while he uppercuts and charges heavy attacks for big damage. When he has enough rage for an ultimate, he forces lightning to his hands and throws down his mighty weapon, shooting bolts of lightning from his hands. Overall, this build was mainly focused for PvE combat, but I don't see why it wouldn't be great for PvP as well.
Ability rotation would go something like this:
Switch to Destruction Staff:
Power Surge (Keep up at all time) > Bound Armaments (Keep up at all time) > Elemental Susceptibility
Switch to Two-Handed:
Rally (Keep up at all time) > Hurricane > Critical Rush > Liquid Lightning (At target location) > Wrecking Ball and Heavy Attack (Alternate)
REPEAT!
Optional Skills: Haunting Curse (If Ranged) > Hardened Ward (If taking lots of damage)
Skill Explanation:
Power Surge - The bread and butter for this build. It gives us a 20% spell and weapon damage buff, so we must keep this going at all times to further the damage of our whole rotation. When we crit, we also get healed as well so this helps a lot with solo questing.
Bound Armaments - As shown, it gives us physical damage resist but the main reasoning for taking this, is the 11% increased damage with heavy attacks which fits in perfectly with our rotation and increasing our stamina which is always nice.
Elemental Susceptibility - lowers the enemies defenses and giving them less spell resists which will help our spell damage a lot. The nice thing about this, is when we use it on a boss or player, when we consistantly deal damage it refreshes the duration.
Rally - Another source of buffing our weapon damage by 20%, so now we will be getting a total 40% pairing with Power Surge. Also, having this up heals us as well which makes for a good soloing skill and a thanks to your local healer!
Hurricane - dealing damage over time on top of our heavy hitting abilities, as the duration continues it deals more damage. A nice source of extra damage.
Liquid Lightning - Another great way of dealing damage over time. Paired together with hurricane, it can nearly kill enemies on it own without really focusing on them at all.
Wrecking Ball - The biggest damage this build has to offer. Delivers a wallup when fully buffed and ready to go. In the build rotation, we can use Wrecking Ball to gain the additional 20% damage to our next attack, and use a heavy attack afterwards (pairing with the additional 11% that we get from bound armament) for 31% additional damage. We can alternate this damage and time our attacks afterwards to rebuff ourselves and switch weapons quickly!
Haunting Curse - This was a bit of a last minute ability to fill a slot. It does great damage and I generally use it in a sticky situation where I can't be on top of a boss or enemy. I tend to use it and then Heavy attack blast with a staff.
Hardened Ward - Used pretty much for when we are taking loads of damage. It gives us a big shield to help negate damage and timed right with boss mechanics, it can save lives for sure!
Energy Overload - Used after our rotation and when our Ultimate is fully built up. We will rebuff our self, then cast Energy Overload and just spam that left click all day long. The damage is unreal and takes down big enemies with ease. We can also right click it as well if we are fighting a heated pack of enemies as well.
Champion points: Honestly vary. It's really up to you how you want to spend them, this is what I felt was necessary to the build and where the points really need to be focused in.
To conclude, this was my first character build of my own. I tend to enjoy making builds on games such as Path of Exile and I felt it was necessary to make one of my own. If you have any comments or questions feel free to leave them here. I generally just wanted to make this build for friends and people who wanted a different edge on the game. Hope you guys enjoy the build, I absolutely love it.
