Build description
So there is going to be 2 different BUILDS for this one character. Whenever you're focused on healing your friends or group, I recommend you use this build and these 2 loadout bars.
Argonians gets 6% more healing through racials, then you have Ritual Stone, so there's 14% more healing. You're using all healing and defensive abilities for the first bar, but you're using a Lightning Destruction staff.
This is intended.
The basic attacks from the Lightning Destro staff is going to cleave multiple enemies, thanks to passives. So while you're healing and buffing allies, you're also killing trash mobs or tiny adds that do too much extra damage to your group or your tank.
Then your second bar, which has a Restoration Staff, has 3 Resto Staff abilities and an Ultimate that is tied to that weapon.
Again, this is intended.
When you need more magicka, switch to your Resto staff and use your summon ability. Summon that Netch and start making heavy attacks on the enemies to get your magicka back. The Netch will give you a good amount of Magicka back over 25 seconds, and for that same duration, you'll get about 27% more weapon and spell damage.
So basically, this is something along the lines of how the rotation will go. You're low on mana, switch to your Resto staff, summon the Netch, use ability 5, that AOE Ice attack you have to hit as many trash mobs as possible, to do some good AOE damage for your group, switch weapons back to Destro staff, while your Netch is still out and about.
Start heavy attacking enemies like crazy while you still have that Weapon damage buff. Weapon damage not only makes heavy attacks hit harder, it also causes you to get MORE Magicka back from heavy attacks, than you normally would.
Both of your Ultimates heal a bunch of allies at the same time, so its really up to you, which weapon you want to actively use.
But as a general rule of thumb, I recommend the Destro staff if there are a lot of "Trash mobs", (weak enemies), running around, and your Resto staff if your mana starts getting low and you need some back.
You basically only have ONE attack ability with this loadout, so I absolutely recommend spending some extra skill points on some actual attacks when you're by yourself, in order to make questing and solo leveling faster. The only DPS that comes from this loadout really comes from your Light and Heavy staff attacks.
Leveling as a healer is really fun if you have friends, or a group, but by yourself, without any damage abilities, it can be really slow. Feel free to purchase, unlock, and upgrade damage abilities at your own discretion and swap them out whenever you're solo questing.
