Every status under the sun. Two options, the front bar is more intense damage forward and the versatility of teleporting, the back bar has more survivability and support potential. Should be very lovely to use regardless.

Thurvokun might seem like a weird choice at first, but it passively applies diseased in a huge AOE, which is incredible for dealing with swarms as diseased gets stronger the more enemies there are. Also, the visuals are on point. Feel free to sub out wrath of elements for Agility too if you don't like the visuals or can't be bothered running Vateshran. You'll only loose about 1k DPS, and it will ease up your positioning and weaving so it will be plenty fine. If you have scribing and want to use elemental explosion in place of susceptability, use Agility and do assassin's misery with lifesteal or brittle.
Also, no need to bother with a charged trait on a weapon, because the chance is pretty high with arcanist/destruction staff and then most status application is guaranteed anyway, better to proc the poison enchantment more.
