Build description
Stuff :
Julianos (x5), Wisdom (x3, jewelry), Molag Kena x1, Torug (x2/3). Two swords on bar 1, staff on bar 2, all nirhoned for weapon, all divine for armor.
You need 18-20k health with blue magicka/health food, adjust attributes and enchantment to reach this point.
Race : dunmer is by far the better, followed by altmer and then breton.
Mundus stone : thief if your critical bonus is at least 10% better than your critical chance. If not, take shadow.
Competences :
You can switch force shock with impulse or something else (an another dot for example) against trash. The critical bonuses from sea of flame and radiant magelight don't stack, but the damage from the first and the max magicka from the second does. You can switch sea of flame for two another competences, if you want.
