Health: 33-40k depends on main set (35k is enough for nearly everything)
Magika 16k, enough for me can be higher if needed
Stamina 23k, more Stam = stronger vigor heals, can be less if needed
1,1k Magregen

Vampire: YES !!!
WW: No
Psijiic worth it ? : Yes if using meditation or ulti on frontbar for minor protection
Enchants: Look what suits u best: i have 3 tristat and 4 health with stam extra on shield, weapons should be either double crusher or one crusher one weakening

How to git gud ?
Practice, nothing else. Dont let anyone tell u u are bad, just keep practicing and be discouraged because u die a few times
