Build description

A build I'm tooling around with for a personal character of mine. Not meant to PvP or be "good", and I will be definitely tweaking it as I see what does and doesn't work. Suggestions are nice but don't be a jerk, since I'm not a min/max'ing kinda guy and I don't want "the best" build. But I am open to criticism for optimizing it; this is just a concept for an RP character of mine, and I figured it was best to plan it out a little bit instead of flying by the seat of my pants, as I usually do. Also I realize there are probably better classes for this but I already have a Nightblade, etc.
