Build description

This build is designed for 0 cp battlegrounds. The sets I run are 2 Impen Heavy Grothdar; Heavy Impen Chest, boots, and legs of kagrenecs hope; Sharpened Dual Wield swords of Kagrenecs Hope; Sword and Board of Kagrenecs Hope with Defemding sword and sturdy shield; Impen gloves and sash of Lich; 3 jewlery of Lich one spell damage glyph and the rest with magicka recovery glyphs. Your magicka recovery should be anywhere from 1.8-2k unbuffed and 3-3.5k buffed. I rock heavy over light irregardless of the nerf to constitution due to more survivability and stamina. I have a second build with sword and board and restoration staff with similiar gear and setup. It is very hard to run out of magicka and you still hit super hard.
