Build taken from https://woeler.eu phalanx build to use for personal tracking.

I dropped some morphs not needed like absorb magicka, inner rage.

CP's I added 20 into magician to get war mount, only 10 in arcanist to get plentiful harvest. (used as a hybrid crafter so I'm optimizing on SPs)

Sets:
Helm/Shoulder: Blood Spawn (SC2)/Lord Warden(ICP)/Sentinel(DSC1)
Armor: Hist Bark(Craft)/Ebon(CoH1)
Jewelry/Weapon: Dragonguard(Eastmarch)/Alkosh(MoL)

All heavy or 5/1/1 with undaunted passives and other armor passives
Head/Chest/Legs: infused
Arms/Waist/boots/Shoulders: CP<300:Sturdy. CP>300 Divines
Weapons: Defending
Shields: Nirnhoned>Reinforced

Food: 3 stat max hp/mp/st
Attributes: All Stam
Enchants: Health to 30k with food, then Stamina
Potions: 3stat restore hp, hp rec, restore stam or max vitality, restore hp, hp rec
