Food:
Recipe: Tenmar Millet-Carrot Couscous
Increase Stamina by 6048 for 35 minutes. (5 seconds cooldown)
Carrots
Millet
Invis pots:
Water Hyacinth, Spider Egg, Namira's Rot
Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, Namiras Rot
Rotation:
BB: Molten Arnaments-> Channeled Acceleration->Combat Prayer(optional)->Simmering Frenzy-> Corrosive Armor(Not always needed)
FB: Heavy Attack-> Balance (before it hits)
After your heavy attack swap back to your back bar, turn off simmering frenzy, use healing ward and start rotation again while that brings your health back. Ulti not always needed to one shot.
