Build description

There's a lot going on here. This untested build combines health consuming abilities with the defense and restoration of the Psijic order skills. The idea is to turn on several channeling abilities. Vampire's damage increase and mist form skills are combine with the Psijic meditation that restores health and magika. This is a theoretical build as I haven't unlocked all of these skills on a single character to even confirm if they can interplay.

Burst damage is provided with evisceration and vampire rage which is augmented with necro's aoe healing strike. The idea is to balance between the two skills to keep ones health in a sweet spot to maintain high dps and suitability.
