Based around the Forceful passive of the two hand skill line, similar to shock staves. While it will shine best with heavy attacks while the enemy is off balance, light attacks are very powerful too, still hitting up to 4 enemies at a time. Optional pets build on the back bar, but I can't stand them visually personally. Vampire is nice for Undeath stacking with Nobility, and we don't mind the extra cost to our abilities with all the HA's we'll be doing. I find the Ult more impactful than the Necromancer transform too, because it increases damage too. Totally optional though really.

Dragon's Appetite is sweet for this build, if you keep up your hemmoraging stacks with your scythe your DoTs and light attacks will get a nice little direct boost, which is especially good with the siphon. The heal doesn't hurth either. Nobility in Decay is just lovely, providing some much needed defence for being so close and crucially allowing you to shocking siphon around yourself. Make sure you only use that on youself, so you can get the most of how quickly it hits and not worry about running too far away.

Alternate sets for PvE only:
Noble Duelist Silks gives a huge and easy bonus to both light and heavy attacks (almost as much as fully built-up sergeant's mail but without all the intense uptime requirements). Undaunted Unweaver is similarly low effort, proccing of scythe.

Unfortunately Noble Duelist's Silks and Undaunted Unweaver don't work in PvP though, so for battlegrounds keep with the original build
