Build description
Want to have the fewest deaths and win the gold for heals in your next Battlegrounds match? Here's your build. I'm using Dunmer (good for healing and sustain) but for more ultimate and defense, use a Nord.
A few notes:
1. Food used is Jewels of Misrule (cheap)/Orzorga's Smoked Bear Haunch (expensive/better). Potions are Essence of Immovability, with restore health, restore stamina, and immunity to knockback and disabling effects. (Potion recipe requires columbine, mountain flower, and wormwood.)
2. Vampire stage 3 at all times.
3. This is a perma-block build. Everything is set to keep block up as long as possible, everything on the bars can (and should) be block cast. Make sure to suck up ultimate as much as you can so you can pop Goliath when you need to refill.
4. Reminder: The build includes weapon enchants and poison but only one will work at a time. Remove the poisons to use the enchants, but most often you will want to use the listed poison. You can switch to Absorb Health or Absorb Stamina enchants if you simply want a backup if you run out of poisons.
5. The blue CP node Cutting Defense procs poisons or enchantments. In non-CP campaigns and Battlegrounds, you'll need to attack to proc your poisons or weapon enchants. (Bash is your friend.)
6. In non-CP campaigns and Battlegrounds, use the necromancer skill Expunge and Modify liberally. In CP campaigns, remember you have Pain's Refuge and Survival Instincts, which have benefits for having debuffs placed on you.
7. Resistant Flesh and Expunge and Modify synergize. Resistant Flesh (an incredibly strong non-ultimate, single-target heal) debuffs you with Minor Defile, Expunge and Modify removes it and returns stamina and magicka at the cost of a small amount of health. If you have plenty of magic but are low on stamina, this can restore some stamina.
8. There are some skill points used on this character for reasons unrelated to the build. Feel free to skip them.
