Build description

An Icy Fortress who can block forever. Front bar is the main block, magicka costing, and back bar costs stamina and restores magicka (for weaker hits). On top of this, Bloodlord's Embrace gives us constant magicka, and everything else helps keep those bars in balance. Hope you like holding down buttons!
