This Mag Blade is based off of my current CP, this build was made for VMA and solo PVP

5x Kags or Necropotence
1 heavy chest
1 medium legs
3x Shadow Dancer or Magnus
head, shouder, and staff
3x Willpower
2x spell damge enchants 1x Magicka Recovery
all magicka enchants on armor
Traits:
all major pieces infused
and the rest divines
Sharpened Ice Staff
Defending or precise resto staff

PVE Setup
5x Julianos
2x Kena
1x Maelstrom Inferno Staff in precise or Nirnoned (if that's even possible XD)
1x Malestrom Resto Staff in precise
