Restoration staff Maelstorm (if you dont have use Torug's Pact staff with Torugs' Pact shoulder and 2 swords of Torug's Pact. But better take Vicious Death instead of Torug's Pact.)

When I do PvP I use Vicious Death Jewelery (max magicka and spell power enchantment) Shoulder of Vicious Death and weapons Vicious Death

1900 magicka regen(foodbuffed) (If you take The Atronarch instead of one I have,then you get 2400 magicka regen. )

2800 spell damage (unbuffed)

20k health

32k magicka

I use Orzoga's food for max health and regen magicka.

You can use food for increase Magicka and health.

its not a super magicka NB build, BUT I can fight alone with any monsters in Craglorn.Cruxores and Chrystals I did alone. no death. Iа you dont have enough regeneration try to use skills for regen in Siphoning (4th skill) instead of Magicka deto in second hand.

In sewers on DC farm place I got a 260k dps in 3 sec battle with mobs. 15-16 mobs. that was instant kill:-).
