5 piece Hunding's Rage set (chest, hands, belt, legs, & feet medium)
{alt set Morkuldin or Night Mother's Gaze}
3 piece bow/ 4 piece duel wild axe Night's Silence (head & shoulders light)

Jewelry 3 piece set Agility
{alt set Twice Fanged Serpent or Poisonous Serpent}
Traits & glyph's:

axe 1 - weighted/shock
axe 2 - weighted/flame

ring 1 - max stamina/stamina recovery
ring 2 - max stamina/stamina recovery
First bar is bow which you will be using most of the time, second is duel wield (I like the axes for there bleed DOT).
Open up by using Mirage and Siphoning Attacks on bar 2, then switch to bar 1 and hit Relentless Focus.
Now mark your first target with Piercing Mark. Fire a heavy attack from stealth followed by Focused Aim, light attack, Venom Arrow, heavy attack, Bombard followed by heavy attack, and Assassin's Will from your proc on Relentless Focus.
Your rotation should be: heavy attack (h.a.) > Focused Aim> h.a. > Venom Arrow > h.a. >Bombard > h.a. > Assassin's Will
It is key to keep up your buffs up and the DE-buffs on enemy's in between you rotation cycles.
Piercing Mark and Focused Aim puts physical resistance and spell resistance De-buffs on you enemy causing them to take more damage from your attacks. Venom Arrow adds a poison DOT on your enemy. Relentless Focus buffs your damage by 8% and stam regen by 10% and gives you a proc (4 heavy or light attacks) that gives you a heavy hitting attack. Siphoning Attacks restores 3% magicka and stam for each basic attack, all attacks have a chance to restore 15%. Mirage is a defensive buff for times of high or direct damage, giving you a chance to dodge damage and increasing your armor.
When low on stam use your Relentless Focus & Siphoning Attacks followed by 4 light attacks and you Assassin's Will to build more stam.
When your enemy is below 25% health and if it is safe to be in melee range switch to bar 2 and use Killer's Blade as it is buffed to 300% more damage to low health enemy's and uses a low amount of stam.
Killer's Blade is there as an execute and for when forced into melee range along with Surprise Attack & Sap Essence. These 3 can be changed out for what you feel works better for you. Your second bar though is really just a buff, heal, execute bar.
Flawless Dawnbreaker is on bar 1 for the passive weapon damage increase. You will want to use Ice Comet on bar 2 for ranged attacks.
Part of the key to this build is getting you crit over 50% and the pumping up your crit damage as much as possible.
I use Bombard morph for crowd control with it's Immobilizing and Movement speed reduction. Very useful for solo play and in group play when no other party members have a AOE CC. If you feel you don't need this then Acid Spray morph can give a DPS boost against groups of enemy's.
Also when facing large groups of adds of enemy's you can trade out Focused Aim on bar 1 for Scorched Earth to give you 2 AOEs.
Venom Arrow is also an interrupt in case you need it. It can be change to the Poison Injection morph instead to increase damage of the DOT to enemy's with less then 50% health.
The un-morphed Immovable (from Heavy Armor) is a good second defensive buff along with, Ring of Preservation (from fighters guild) for high damage fights. While Swallow Soul is a good self heal.
