This is a high crit sorc healer build that grants additional healing and shields automatically as you score criticals. For this reason having a high crit (50% or more) is very important to consistently proc these effects. I use the thief stone and precise traits on both staves which brings my crit to 52% with minor prophecy.

When you score criticals you will auto proc a personal shield for yourself through ice heart and when you critically heal you also proc a 15 meter aoe burst heal through power surge every 3 seconds. Casting encase not only provides minor prophecy but also major ward and major resolve to yourself and 11 allies from mighty glacier.
