All gear is divines, all jewelry is arcane, all weapons are infused

Front weapon - Julianos lightning with flame enchant and
Back weapon- Maelstrom lightning with weapon damage enchant

Rotation- Liquid lightning, Light attack, blockade of storms, weapon swap cancel animation,
light attack, volatile familiar, light attack, daedric prey, heavy attack, light attack, weapon swap and repeat
(If running low on magicka then use two heavy attacks after daedric prey instead of one heavy and one light)

Using solitude salmon-millet soup, and potions with major sorcery, major prophecy, and major intellect.

You should pull between 30 and 35k depending on CP
