Build description

Magicka sorcerer tank for the One Tamriel update.
This build is tentative and will be fully tested when One Tamriel drops in October.
The idea behind this build is to stack as many damage shields and mitigation buffs as is possible. To do this I'm choosing to use the new 5 piece* Vampire Cloak* which will give a constant 8% damage reduction I'm having trouble deciding between a 5 piece* Rattlecage* set for the permanent major sorcery buff or a 5 piece *Armor of the Trainee* for the massive stat increase. Ideally I'd use Rattlecage with a destro staff but since we'll be using 2 full seyes AND a monster set we'll have to make due. Our monster set will be the Iceheart set which gives a 20% chance to proc yet another damage shield and a decent dot on top of it. Another option might be the infernal guardian set, but it stays from the idea of the build.
