Challenging to master the bar swapping but this build destroys using a destro staff to build ult while sustaining then a resto staff to shield stack/buff and finally overload to obliterate. Can also be used extremely effectively in group PvE once experienced.

Overload bar: inner light, bound aegis, shattering prison, defensive rune, power surge

note: force pulse can be swapped with veracious curse if wanted; swap destro staff for dual wield torug pact swords when doing this for extra dmg and change flawless dawnbreaker to ice comet for mage guild passives.

gear: 3 arcane willpower with spell dmg glyphs, 5 light julianos, maelstrom or master destro/resto staves, nerienith set or engine guardian set; or 3 arcane willpower with spell dmg glyphs, 5 light julianos, 1 molag kena, 2 torug pact (staff+helm/shoulder)

tips: - enter overload frequently to buff up with power surge and def rune
- make sure to finish kills with endless fury or force pulse for magicka regeneration since it will be lower than 2k.

caution: don't waste all your built up ult on flawless db, it's simply there for the 8% weapon dmg increase that applies to force pulse making it even more painful
