Overload bar : entropy, mage wrath, and one skill of your choice (thundering presence, a shield, lightning splash…).

Stuff : 5 Julianos or Scathing mage, 1 Kena, 3 Wisdom jewel, 2 Torug. First bar with a fire or thunder staff, second with a thunder staff (with impulse) or two sword. All divine, nirnhoned for the first bar's staff, precise for all 2nd bar's weapon.

You need 18-20k health with blue magicka/health food, adjust enchantment and attribute if you need. Remember that for each health and magicka enchant you have, you can use tri-stat enchant and get a free stamina enchant effect.

Mundus stone : thief if your critical modifier is at least 10% better than your critical chance. If not, take shadow.

Breton is only the second better race (Altmer first) for such a set, but I'm a breton from days, so I take a breton :p
