Build description
Stormwarden Theorycraft
This is a build that i am currently working on and so far i am 1 shotting most of my pve bosses. When i get my 5 piece heavy seducer and 2 piece + weapons julianos sets made for my level, i will be trying it out on pvp.
The idea is to have your wards x3 along with surge and crystal shards (leveling offense for skills) on your resto bar (2nd bar) and have your offense on your detro bar (1st bar)
5 piece heavy gives you all of your health and health regen as well as your resistance due to you putting all of your points in magicka. If you need more health, you supliment with health enchants. You will get some increases in magicka, health and spellpower due to slotted spells. Having it a suducer set will give you more magicka and regen as well as reducing all spell cost by 8% which comes in handy with the lack of light armor.
2 piece light gives you the passives to include magicka regen and spell cost as well as more resistance to bring it inline with the heavy armor.
Both the 2 piece light and both weapons need julianos for the 3set of max magicka and spellpower
All 3 neck and rings need to be enchanted with spellpower or spell cost.
Prefight
Pop all three wards and surge, swap to destro bar
Start
Armor, weakness, entropthy, endless for that first initial crit to proc crystal shards
Comtinue
Alternate between endless and shards while keeping your weaknes, surge, 3xwards, and entrpthy active. This is where the reduced spell cost comes into play.
Pop batswarm to do massive aoe and regain life if needed and when you run out of magicka, 1 heavy attack can restor up to 30% of your mana to be able to pop your wards first.
If all goes well, your heavy armor will fill in the gaps for survivability when you run out of mana and in theory the target should be dead before you do.
This build is set up for minimal ammount for points to be used with 102/366 avaliable in the game. Which means there is plenty of other stuff you can use the remaining points on such as crafting or lvling skills to get to the spells you need to make this build.
