Build description
Test build loosely based on the "Windwalker" build by AltcastHQ found here:
https://alcasthq.com/eso-stamina-sorcerer-build-pve/
All points in Stamina, Vampire gives me Magicka & Stamina regeneration for spells when needed and makes leveling up easier and more fun. I considered using werewolf for more sustain while early leveling but playing a vampire is more fun for me. If it doesn't work out the way I think it will, I can always get cured. ;)
Agility jewelry would be best if I can obtain it, with weapon damage enchant or reduce feat cost on jewelry early on and +stamina enchants on all 7 armor pieces. 7 medium would give better stamina sustain, but one heavy (chest) will give me more survivability and once I get undaunted passives it will benefit from them too. Besides, I love the look of a heavy armor chest piece.
I chose morphs that give healing back for more survivability.
Beginner gear would be Hunding's Rage and Night Mother's gaze with training traits to level up faster or divines for more damage.
See the link above for more information on AltcastHQ's "Windwalker" build.
