Build description

This build is pretty much a meme but early game it was strong and I want to see if it can actually be used lategame. I don't know what sets to use but the idea that I want is, fat lightning dps with a hammer in case people rush to get through physical resistances, and the heavy armor alongside the lightning form morph will allow for survivability and a a chance to get away. Works really well in pve, when I find the set it may work well in pvp. Champion points I'm not sure on yet as I'm only 336 at the time of making this. I've never made a build before so if you could give suggestions that'd be great, while also sticking to the theme.
