Hist Bark / Alkosh / Swarm Mothers (Hist has resists that make up for loosing Blood Spawn)
Hist allows more flexablity, Swarm Mother and Inner Rage to replace DK chains

PvP Set
Tava's(Shalk's) / Black Rose / Blood Spawn (All sets for Ultimate and resourse regen)
Fill in the back bar with everything healing (Rememberance And Ritual of Rebirth are PvP taunts)
You're a front line healer - man the battering ram, push for the second flag
