Build description
5 piece Seducer Sturdy all heavy, chest and legs tri stat enchantments, hands, waist, and feet healthy enchantments. 2 piece monster set Malabeth impenetrable (referable) head heavy tri stat enchantment, shoulder light healthy enchantments, 5 piece transmutation, Necklace arcane with cost block reduction, rings x 2 arcane with cost block reduction, shield infused with tri stat enchantment, 1H dagger defending with spell damage enchantment, restoration staff defending with spell damage
BAR 1: This build center around blazing shield as your main DPS, The more max health pool the bigger your blazing shield. Keep it up at all times. I run entropy on both bars for 2 reasons. The 5% health increase while slotted and 20% increase in spell damage. Breath of life is the spammable heal. ritual of retribution is amazing (1) cleanse 2 harmful effects (2) heals every 2s for 12s, (3) deals small damage as a dot every 2s for 12s (4) pulls enemy out of stealth. Absorb magic is hardly activated mainly on bar for 8% block mitigation and 8% cost reduction. If I find myself getting low on magic I activate to absorb magic ans small heal. Ultimate (empowering sweep) cheap adds 15% damage reduction and increases by for 4% for each enemy great for group PVP but not so for solo.
alternates for this bar. if you find yourself running low on resources repentance (10% increase in all resources regen while slotted and 20% increase in health and stamina regen while slotted) could be replaced with ritual of retribution. Then ritual of retribution will have to go on your back bar in place of entropy since you have it on both bars. This will will cause you to do more bar swapping while fighting. (1 thing I'm not good at right now but decent)
Bar 2 is basically your range and execute bar. Combat prayer increase damage by 8% for you and allies, heals, and gives minor resolve and ward for 8s will stack with channel focus major resolve and ward. Radiant oppression (1 of if not the best execute in the game) enough said. Toppling charge is the gap closer. Hardly ever uses. Might just swap out for channel focus. I dont chase ppl just mainly tank and heal. Entropy (see 1st bar) can be swapped for ritual of retribution or repentance. repentance for less bar swapping. Puncturing Sweep enemies get out the way when I start spamming this. Heals and spammable DPS on the back bar after toppling charging. Ultimate: solar prison nothing special will be switching to shooting star once I reach it in the mages guild.
Alternates: radiant oppression can be substituted with Vampire Bane. (Yea it burns vampire builds) Dark Flare 30% heal reduction to target. do not weave light attacks with it. 20% damage boost to 2nd cast. Entropy can be replaced with repentance if on 1st bar (i keep entropy on both bars and dont use repentance)
