Build description
This is what I came up with thinking about what STAMINA Templars can do to heal teammates and also do some nice occasional burst damage to ennemies, while sustaining themselves and debuffing them.
We're going for Bow as our main weapon, and Daggers as our secondary weapons.
Templars have a few stamina buffs and nice heals over time to give the team survivability.

MAIN BAR, BOW -
Skill 1: "Arrow Barrage" - Strong AoE DPS. It also procs the enchantment you place on your bow. Lasts 10 secs.
Skill 2: "Extended Ritual" - Templar Skill. Your AoE Heal. It has an incredible radius, and cleanses pesky negative effects such as poison or snares. It heals for an amount scaling off your STAMINA, which in the world of magicka heals is a wonderful asset.
Skill 3: "Restoring Rune" - An insane utility tool. It gives you about 6500 spell and physical resistance if you stand in it, though the 5k resistances will always be granted for 20 seconds even if you leave the area... Standing in it restores stamina over time, helping the sustain.
Skill 4: "Ring of Preservation" - Another AoE HoT. It also gives you damage mitigation, and increased stamina recovery. It costs much and lasts for 8 seconds, though helps survivability greatly.
Skill 5: "Repentance" - COSTS NOTHING! You consecrate bodies. This is an insane stamina and health refiler in trash fights where there are a thousand bodies laying nearby... Also an RP tool? Seems nice IMO.
ULT: Your Main Ultimate. An 8 seconds long, strong heal that has a beautiful animation. Its radius is 20 meters, so be sure to stand mid range to your allies. It's fairly easy to use anyhow. With Templar passives, you gain 33000 spell and physical resistance for the channel.
SECOND BAR, DUAL WIELD -
Skill 1: "Echoing Vigor" - Your main AoE HoT. Lasts for 10 seconds when ranked up at max.
Skill 2: "Deadly Cloak" - A AoE DPS pulsating razor blades and giving you area damage mitigation.
Skill 3: "Biting Jabs" - A spammable that is a cone in front of you, affecting several ennemies. Use this to deal damage in quick bursts, but keep in mind it's melee range.
Skill 4: "Power of the Light" - Debuff an ennemy's resistances with this, while also storing damage you and people do them. When the ability ends or is recast, a percentage of the damage your allies and you did to this ennemy bursts. And it hurts. A lot.
Skill 5 - FLEX SLOT "Luminous Shards" - This skill is an AoE DPS that gives a syngergy to allies. They can restore ressources with it, making it a very useful and sometimes needed support skill.
ULT - SWEEP THE SPEAR - This ult is an AoE as well, giving you a buff to your light and heavy attacks. Also helps you damage pesky ennemies that get near you.
