Restoration Staff - Powered (increase healing done)
Lighting Staff - Infused (reduces enchantment cooldown)

5 Piece: Hiti's Hearth (Divines)

This build has an absurd amount of single target healing, for that one person that seems to run away and die off in a corner and I can't res him because I can't see his body.

There's also some debuffs in there for the ones that don't have a problem staying alive.

I'm still figuring this one out as it'll be built by my own wrinkly brain and of research I've done myself! Any suggestions are welcome!
