Stamina setups are very versatile and compliment each other. Its a great idea to coordinate with your group to see what everyone is running. Every Stam. DPS should not be running the same sets. Having different sets will skyrocket dps for the entire group. Here are some great gear choices.

Gear

Hundings Rage - straight up weapon damage, great for you but not the group.
Night Mothers Gaze - offers great penetration to you and the group
Two Fang Snake - The best solo penetration set in the game, doesn't help the group but makes your own DPS great.
Vicious Ophidian - resource management, no resources = Dead DPS
Sunderflame - Enormous penetration by doing heavy attacks, which we all do for sustain now
War Machine - every time you use a ultimate, crescent sweep is on 72 ultimate, you get 15% extra damage and 2 group members also get it.

Now I mainly tank so I dont have the greatest gear in the world for my dps. So I went group oriented with my build. I offer insane penetration to the entire group while still pulling 30k on the target dummy solo.

My Gear

5pc Sunderflame - jewelry and armor
5pc Night Mothers Gaze - weapons and armor, if you have a maelstrom bow use it.
2pc Selenes

When both sets are proc'd I drop the targets resistances by 6k for the entire group. This skyrockets overall DPS.

Traits - all divines body pieces and since i have so much penetration, I use one sharpened and one precise dagger, I also use a precise/nirnhoned bow

Enchants - Max stamina on gear and weapon damage on jewlery, you can add 1 recovery glyph if you have sustain issues

Food - Max Stam & Health or Dubious Camoran Throne if you have sustain issues, but will have to spec more into health.

Weapon damage potions (Blessed Thistle, Dragonthorn, Wormwood) or you can ask a group member to run igneous weapons
