Build description

Hey all, this build has not yet been tested, and is for the upcoming Summerset DLC. It was thought up of as just an idea as I just wanted to do a "Frost" build because frost is my favorite element in games. So please let me know if you like this build and if it works for you. This build is meant for a CP 160 as I am new to console and do not have any CP yet, but I DO have a good network of Builders and players on a discord server. Again, I cannot stress enough that this is a Work-in-progress and that this needs Summerset to work!! Thanks for understanding! Enjoy!!
