Build description

Wear Ebon Armory or Brands of Imperium for 5-piece: Arms, Legs, Chest, Belt, Boots.

I like Brands of Imperium because it gives a damage shield to everyone in the group when you take damage (10% chance), so you will constantly have shields from this and Iceheart. It's easier for a healer to heal a smaller amount of health under a damage shield than a larger health pool, such as Ebon provides.

For Monster Set go with Iceheart.

You can't get another 5-piece bonus (ZOS really needs to rethink two handed weapon impact on that), but I would go with the rings, necklace, and frost staff from the light armor Set "Curse Eater" or "Destructive Mage." I recommend Destructive Mage since you will proc Iceheart more often with the added spell critical.
