Build description

I chose Khajiit for the race on this, but any of the damage races will do. Khajiit are superior in my opinion because of the passive critical damage and healing buff and the group buffs that buff that further. All armour enchants are written as health but are subject to change (just make sure to have 30-35k health minimum).

There are 4 major stipulations with the skills:
1. Must run Echoing Vigor
2. Must run Corrupting Pollen
3. Must run Deep fissure
4. Whirling blades

Other than that. some of the skills are subject to change and placement. Ex. Betty can be removed for proximity detonation because the Dragon Knight will be providing Major Brutality, permafrost vs eye of the storm etc etc.
