Heya! Unfortunately my account got wiped with the new patch so I've had to re-make my builds. I've got a similar version of the build on my account again but I've made some tweaks cause I forgot some parts to push it a bit towards tank. I don't think I changed much, mostly I'm not using winter's embrace anymore and I have all heavy armour. If you'd like I can try to mix and match to make a frosty dps/healer from it but it would take a bit of head scratching so only if you need.
