Description du build
This build is so simple yet at the same time so effective. You will have good max health and stamina, very high resistances, great self-healing and also deal good burst damage as well. You will be able to easily solo, group, or PVP as the need arises. Here is the build breakdown:
Race - Imperial
Since you are going to be focusing mostly on stamina you want to choose a race that gives a good health passive like Tough to compensate for that. This makes Imperial a solid choice for this build, but you could also go Nord or Orc as well.
Class - Nightblade
Nightblade brings a good arsenal of skills and tricks to this build. It has a hard hitting spammable in Surprise Attack, it's own "shuffle" ability in Mirage , which also grants you Minor Resolve and Minor Ward further increasing your survivability, and Leeching Strikes to help with stamina sustain. Wearing heavy armor severely hinders your stamina recovery so that makes Leeching Strikes a must have ability to help keep our stamina up in fights. Heavy attacks and potions only go so far with sustain and recovery, trust me on that.
Equipment/sets - I currently run 5 pieces Seventh Legion Brute and 5 pieces Clever Alchemist. You could also use 5 pieces Ravager instead of Clever Alchemist if you wanted to. I haven't gotten maelstrom weapons yet so I'm simply using Shadow of Red Mountain swords for duel-wield and Prismatic Greatblade for two-handed. Use whatever weapons you can get your hands on for most damage. Between these sets you are going to get big bonuses to your max health and weapons damage. Every time you take damage Seventh Legion will have a chance to increase your weapon damage by 500 and heal you for 1260 health. Every time you drink a potion Clever Alchemist will increase your weapon and spell damage by 653 for 15 seconds so you have the potential for great burst damage and/or dps.
All armor traits are Divines to increase Mundas Stone benefits. Either go Tri-Stat enchantments or Stamina enchantments on armor. Use weapon damage enchantments on jewelry.
Mundas Stone - Warrior for extra weapon damage or if you are comfortable with sacrificing that damage then you could use The Tower for increased max stamina. I currently run the Warrior though.
Food/Drink - Personally I use Lava Foot Soup-and-Saltrice. What this does is increase your max stamina by 4575 and stamina recovery by 457 for 2 hours. As I stated above earlier wearing heavy armor hinders your stamina recovery drastically from medium armor so the extra recovery you get from this food will help you immensely in terms of sustain and stamina regen.
Rotation - Unlike other builds there are no complicated rotations to this one. Simply buff up before battle with Rally, Leeching Strikes, and Mirage and then use Stampede to close distance and snare the enemy. Drop Razor Caltrops to deal DOT and switch to duel-wield and start hitting them with Rapid Strikes. Use Surprise Attack every so often to proc your Shadow Barrier passive in order to get your Major Resolve and Ward. If there are multiple mobs or you become surrounded use Steel Tornado and Caltrops to make short work of them. Rally and Resolving Vigor should be more than enough to keep you on your feet. As soon as buffs wear off reapply them and just don't forget that Nightblades have to use a shadow ability to get their Major Resolve and Ward so don't be afraid to spam that Surprise Attack if you want.
Final Thoughts - Out of all the builds that I have made over the course of playing ESO this one is by far one of my favorites. It is perfect for soloing, hits hard enough for grouping in dungeons and such, and is tough enough to survive in Cyrodiil. Oh and you don't have to be werewolf, it's just something I like to play. You could always use another ultimate ability in place of Werewolf Transformation, however werewolf does work very well for this build though. This is a good and well-rounded build that I have really enjoyed and I hope you do as well. Good luck to you!
