Main Hand- Moondancer Fire Destruction Staff - Infused - power enchant
Off Hand- Vma Lightning Destruction Staff - Nirnhorned - vma enchant
Necklace- Moondancer - Arcane - spell dmg enchant
Ring 1- Moondancer - Arcane - spell dmg enchant
Ring 2- Moondancer - Arcane - spell dmg enchant

Alternate Gear:
If you don’t have Moondancer, 4 piece Infallible Aether or 4 Martial Knowledge can be used as a replacement. After testing all three I noticed only a 1-2k difference between them. Julianos can be used as a replacement for Necropotence, the difference between the two is minimal.

LA= light attack/ HA= heavy attack/ LL= liquid lightning
LA, Empowered Ult, LA, LL, LA, Elemental Blockade, LA, Pet, LA, Curse, Barswap, LA, Fire Clench, Barswap, HA..... repeat
If my magicka drops below 35% I’ll throw in a extra HA at the end
During Execute Phase keep Liquid Lightning and Elemental Blockade up and spam Mages Wrath. Make sure you are light attack weaving between every ability
