This build has no direct heal skills, only "passive" heal with a very good 4k hp per second, almost 5k if below 50% health with troll king set (I'm cp 275 and all my stuff is in purple quality, so it could be better). All you have to do is to keep all your skills active, you don't even need to watch your allies life, all your skills do the job. And you can also use your bow to help DD. When there are packs with a lot of mobs, I also spam repentance to boost stam DD's. That works very well, even in vet HM DG, and it is also pretty good in pvp as support for your team.

Coward Gear (gloves, shoes, belt, bow, restoration staff). You can run fast with that, so it's not very useful in PVE but good in PVP. You will also need the stam recovery of this set, or use another similar set with a good stam recovery too.

Hatchling's Shell (chest, legs and jewels). Very usefull if u need to rez someone combined with the Bone Surge Skill.

Troll King (head and shoulders in medium armor) very good if you or your allies take a lot of damage.

All armor pieces have divine trait, weapons powered trait, and try to balance your enchants to have 20k health and 20k stam at least, no magicka at all. To restore magicka, I just use one heavy attack with restoration staff, every time that I use all skills on 2nd bar
