This build is focused on the tank buffing and debuffing strategy, like most of my other tank builds. This build focuses on PVE situations such as dungeons and open world scenarios. Therefor we use aoe skills over single target skills. The idea is to buff up use fiery grip to pull ourselves into the enemy or group of enemies, debuff them with ransack and heroic slash and noxious breath (which provides aoe damage and dot), than we use deep breath for aoe and healing, than whirlwind and blood-thirst for the finish. We also have two burst heals on the back green blood and vigor. They dip into separate resource pools so can be used in sequence or if your out of the other. Our ultimate's are important for our damage and give us two more aoe skills.

By no means is this build the best build out there or complete in any way. In my experience dragon-knight builds are mostly based on personal preference as well as the players skill.
