Build description

It's a MainTank Guide for vCR. With this guide you should have around 4900-5200(Trollking proc) Health Recovery. Be sure to be Vamp-Stage 1 or remove Vampire. You can easily survive in the Shadow World and in the Execute Phase of Z'Maja because Health Rec is not affected by the healing Debuff. Nevertheless, you need alot of healing to remove the Debuff in Execute, so take care that the sanctuary set is atleast on 1healer. I only recommend running this setup in a non-experienced group. With an perfect optimized group you should run DragonGuard+Torugs/Ebon. (You should always have around 32-36k HP with Bufffood and a little more Stamina than Magicka.
