It's best to look at the perfect character with all utilized skillpoints- then look at intermediaries that you want to hit (for example, maybe no Psijic Order at first). This build is everything needed for crafting + basic PvE- so it doesn't include stuff that would help in PvP or a lot of useful questing passives like dark brotherhood ones that aren't really needed according to Alcast's PVE guide. It still has the basic passives like +intimidate option from fighter's guild that aren't required but you have anyway. This build has skills for both endgame group pve from Alcast's Azure guide, and the beginner Maelstrom guide. It does not have Force Pulse for example which is for the Azure endgame maelstrom Build. (If you get that far you can switch some skills out from the beginner maelstrom set.)
